1.Reliable Delivery in 1-2 weeks: At Perks, we combine advanced infrastructure with skilled craftsmanship to deliver your handcrafted leather shoes within 1 to 2 weeks. Each pair is meticulously created from start to finish, ensuring a product tailored specifically for you. Every step, from the selection of premium leather to the final stitch, is crafted with precision, offering a shoe that’s as unique as you are.

2. Exchange/Return Window: You have 48-Hours from the day you receive your order to seek a refund or exchange.

3. Product Condition: All returned goods must be undamaged, and brand-new, and include all their original tags and packing.

4. Refund of Shipping Fees: Take notice that this policy does not apply to shipping fee refunds.

5. Starting a Return/Exchange: To start a return or exchange, click here or go to the Footer > Easy Returns part of our website.

6. Product Defects: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you get a product with any flaws. We'll take care of the problem right away to make sure you're satisfied.

7. Quality Inspection: After receiving the returned item, our staff will inspect it carefully before processing your refund.

8. Exchange Rules: Exchanges are permitted only once per order, and they cannot be returned or reimbursed. All of your worries, including size modifications, will be addressed in the event of an exchange.

9. Non-returnable products: Please be aware that promotional products, accessories and presents cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Free Returns and Exchanges: Free returns and exchanges are available. However, as was already indicated, shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.

11. Refund Procedure: Refunds for pre-paid items will be handled using the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will request your bank account information to process the refund. Once we receive the necessary information, we will initiate the refund within 10 working days.
